Master commands send one existing mutation per LED. Sync restarts animated LEDs without changing their colors, brightness, or timings. Alignment is best effort, not a hardware phase lock.

Sixteen steps per bar (four beats); longer rhythms span multiple bars with the last bar padded by rests. Pause restores previous modes; tempo and notation can be edited while paused. The daemon loops the uploaded rhythm even after this tab closes.
